As a child i had a lazy eye and so both of my eyes were
operated on.A few months ago i noticed one spot on each of my
eyeballs.I was referred to the hospital as my doctor had no idea
what was causing this. The hospital have told me that it is scar
tissue and stitches from my operation as a child. The consultant told
me that i'll have to have an operation to cut these out...that's
about all he said (before i fled!!)Could you please give me any
information regarding any of this???

The Doctor should have given you a better explanation than that!
Scar tissue does form after surgeries. But now they most often
use lazer for surgery. They don't usually "cut" lesions away.
This kind kind of surgery is performed hundreds of times a day all over the world. Don't be afraid of it. People have this surgery and go right home afterwards.
