1st. your body had retained a lot of water and calories that were ment to your baby. What you can do 1st is have at least 30 minutes of morning walking, don't rush your self, perhaps this is something you can do with your baby. Do the last for about 2 to 3 weeks at least 3 dayts per week. Then combine the walking with some little running, better trotting, walk 10 minutes, run 3 to 5 and like that, do this for about 2 weeks then combine the last with seat ups, at least 3 sets of 10 and do this for about 3 to 4 weeks after this your body will start to asimilate your normal heart, breathing and blood rhythm. Combine the last with a good diet combining proteins with a good surce of vitamins, do not eat a lot of carbs, Why? Because your body retained a lot of them during your pregnancy. Eat vegetables good in fiber and better if you include cereals in your breakfast rich in fiber. All the exercises and diets most be monitored by your doctor ar a health professional. Do not proceed with any of the execises if they produce any kind of pain, unless your doctor or your health professional tells you the oposite. Besides the last if you consult a doctor or heakth proffessional seek for the following: 1. A good check of your fat percent, 2. The ideal weight consideraring if your bones are wide (heavy) or thin and 3. A good diet and exercise rutine would be made by your age, high and family history, If one or both of your parents were fat may be you can have the same tendence. Good luck and God bless your baby.

P.S.
If for some reason you missed one day, do not, do not work twice on the same day, it won't get help you to get back the missed day, but it will make you tire when the idea is to make you feel good with your look and healthy. Do not over work your body or as we say do not get burn. If you miss a day, don't worry there's always a next day, is better if you work out your rutine is 2 days in a raw than 2 rutines in one day.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

If this is your first child and you started your pregnancy at an average healthy weight you should do well. Most studies show that breast-feeding the new babies helps mom's lose that weight faster; you didn't mention whether you were. Exercise and eating balanced meals is always the best bet for any weight loss. New mothers usually need to focus on that tummy now, so look at some exercises that work those lower tummy muscles.

A sensible diet, and a thigh master. You will be good to go. I am the same size as I was before my pregnancy. Just 10 minutes a day. It works all of your muscles with various exorcises. It just takes a little will power. Eat a little less that you know you can. It will burn off in no time. A few sit ups are always a help. Hold the muscles in as you do them. It will make it faster to flatten the tummy.

you should start walking everday, brisk pace. Then in about 2 weeks start joggin, little at a time, don't over do it. Make sure everday you get a good healthy breakfast, make sure you are eating 3 meals and try not to eat past 7:30 or 8pm

it helps

Try exercising a few times a week. I don't think your body ever goes back to the way it use to be though

Drink ALOT of water! Exercise when the babies napping, or take a walk or jog with him/her in the stroller. Eat small meals. Do not eat after 6:00pm, unless you exercise after that time! Cut out any sodas and carbs!
