yo let brikz answer that homie,i believe it's like this,the holy spirit is first off all somethin the naked eye cannot see ,it's a gift that u recieve after u become a 'born again christian',it's a spirit that has the true knowlidge of GOD and once ur spirit interacts wit it,
it shows u stuff about ur on life, and the people around u,regarding sin ,sickness etc. it's almost like a messenger from the holy one above it is the truth!!!!! but the only way u can exp it forurself is throw becoming a child of the LORD,yeah and the lord top's u off,no 'half full' stuff(it's what i believe man)

The holy ghost is something that consumes you. It gets put on you like a coat. Just like in Acts 2 and anywhere else in bible, the holy ghost fully came. Not sure if there are different levels.
