How and where can I find an appropriate and good job in Dubai?

I am a fresh MSc mechanical engineer with good research resume.

I work in Dubai. Its better for you to work in your country for couple of years and get good experience and then try for job in Dubai. otherwise you will be wasting a lot of time in job search and you might end up taking some office job out of frustration.
