I am not someone who lets guys and dating get to me. I don't fall head over heels very fast, and I rarely let my guard down and let people in.
I have been 'seeing' someone for only about a month, and stupid stuff happened (no one's fault) and it is just not going to work out.
Why, then, is it bothering me so much this time? I can't stop thinking about it, and I am really upset...

people have a tendency to get attached to others, and tend to become complacent rather quickly too. if things suddenly "don't work out" after even one month, the loss hurts because you started to care and now they are moving away, or already gone taking a piece of you with them. No matter how small a piece, it still hurts.

Maybe this one you really care about. Or maybe if you have no control over the situation that bothers you. If you were the one always in control of when the relationship was over in the past, and you were the one who was strong, maybe if this time you are not the one able to do that, it bothers you.

Hey Miss

Emotions are strange and sometimes confusing.
There is something about this guy that triggered a response. Also, the one that can't be is often the srtonger emotion as it never gets the chance to fade.

Well first off everyone is always that person who lets guys and dating get to them. But it hurts because its teaching you. Learn from your mistakes, and next time it won't feel bad at all.

Because you where actually starting to like this guy. When something happens and your heart hurts or you find yourself crying and when you talk about this pearson you get weird feelings and cold feet. It's because wheather you want to admit it or not but you had something for this man.

Take a few moments and take a few deep breaths....in through your nose, outthrough your mouth, perhaps this is the one, maybe your spirit, mind, heart, and body are telling you to work harder at this relationship because now is the time.

That's one of the ironies of life. But life MUST just continue, it has to. So, think ahead and forget about the past and face the future. Cheers!

Maybe you care for him more than you have cared for anyone else. So, it's bothering you. Hopefully you can work it out.
