because the majority of ignorant people who do this are not educated in the differences between us. i am a sikh, b ut still get called paki etc. when i confront someone they just say we are all the same, but are we bollocks.

Hi ! this is all about giving labels,we read in the press that some group did this or that and everyone jumps on the wagon,most of the time people just want to blame someone and pick on people of the same religion or colour, we had this here in England when the I.R.A were bombing London,everyone thought all Irish people were terrorists.
Most of the different cultures here in the u.k are good law abiding people and bother no-one and should be allowed to live in peace,and as an Englishman, am ashamed at the way some people carry on take people as they are instead of creating enemies or inventing them

Seeing that Muslims and Hindu,s come from the same continent called India,its only since independence that it has been divided, I cant tell a Muslim from an Hindu, but I can tell a sikh from a budhdist

Cause people are stupid and it wasy to ridicule someone who skin colour is the same as another when the ''other'' has been bad..... ignorance is one word... but its also ignoraante to say that all muslims are terrorist......peronally i hve not seen this anyway but i dare doubt it goes on...why dont the Hindu or Sikh communit post flyers to people to get them to understand you are diff and then the ignorance may be reduced.,.. unfortuantly never stopped cause really thick people can not read 1!!!

I don't blame Hindus my best friend is Hindu. I love Hindus as they know what its like to have problems with Muslims....
Hindus are cool and are against Muslims..

Perhaps, because Hindus are Muslim like Hindus and Muslims are Hindu like Muslims. Think neutrally and rethink, it may look reasonable reply to you.

It's to do with their lack of education, ignorance and poor parental role models. But on another note it's probably got to do with the lack of understanding in the UK. I live on a street where there are many nationalities and, while I talk to them and give them respect, I know little about them or their religion. I suspect they know little of mine. It would be nice if the various communities could come together occasionally just to show their solidarity in their humanity.

Because most people can't tell the difference. There is also a lot of anger over joblessness that is being blamed on immigrants. THAT is why they act out at the colour, and not the religion.

I think it is the same story,you colour is what count. They killed a Sikh in the state after 9/11. They thought he is a family of Ben Laden!!
