Working out and eating well always worked for me in the past. The more junk you eat, the junkier you feel!

Define your lifestyle into mentally active, physically active, socially active.

Learn to breathe properly ( each human emotion or state has a different breathing pattern associated with it learn to replicate those patterns for when you need the energy and you automatically receive it )

Ensure your body is physically fit. Don't smoke.

Plenty of fluid ( all health studies conclude this -alcohol doesn't count)

irregular use of caffeine ( runners use caffeine sporadically as a way of adding additional stamina - if used regularly you lose the effect become addicted and is bad for you)

Focus on the things you really want to do. We have an infinite supply of energy if we really want to do something.

If all else fails get a life coach ( sounds namby but some people need to be coached)

There are loads around ( guy called martyn ward seems to be really popular at the moment not sure how you get hold of him as it seems like referrel only-essex somewhere)

If all else fails go on a time management course and take out some non essential activities out of your diary.

Good luck

i'm hungry the 2nd I awaken contained in the morning so i'd desire to have breakfast of a few variety. generally a cereal drink with oats, or slice(s) of bread, something non-oily. If I even have something like community chinese language breakfast of (oily) noodles and a few fried fish cake, i'll be no longer able to have my lunch later contained in the day. no longer having a ideal breakfast will make me hungry way too early for lunch and shrink to rubble my entire day's meal timings, so a sturdy breakfast for a sturdy initiate for me!

OF YOU ARE VERY ACTIVE I WOULD RECOMMEND EATING SEVERAL (UP TO 5) SMALL MEALS PER DAY INSTEAD OF THREE LARGER ONES. THE LARGER ONES CAN CAUSE SOME PEOPLE TO FEEL GROGGY OR TIRED FOR QUITE A WHILE AFTER INGESTION.

NEXT, I RECOMMEND TAKING B12 IN THE FORM OF SHOTS, INTRANASAL GELS OR AT THE VERY LEAST, SUBLINGUAL LIQUIDS OR TABLETS.

ALSO, 70% OF US ARE BORDERLINE DEHYDRATED WHICH HAS A GREAT EFFECT ON YOUR ENERGY LEVEL. DRINK EIGHT 8 OZ. GLASSES OF WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY. DO NOT REPLACE WATER WITH SODAS...THEY DON'T COUNT AND THEY CONTAIN MORE SODIUM THAN ONE SHOULD CONSUME.

LASTLY, AN EXERCISE REGIMEN IS IN ORDER EVEN THOUGH YOU MAY FEEL THAT YOU DON'T HAVE THE ENERGY FOR IT WITH YOUR 'HECTIC LIFESTYLE'. ON THE CONTRARY, A SHORT WORK-OUT IN THE MORNING, A FEW PUSH-UPS AND SIT-UPS MID DAY AND ANOTHER SHORT WORK-OUT IN THE EVENING WILL NOT ONLY BENEFIT YOUR OVERALL HEALTH BUT WILL INCREASE YOUR STAMINA AND YOUR OVERALL SENSE OF WELLBEING!
HAVE A GREAT DAY!

There are specific foods good for boosting energy; do a search for them. Even if you don't have time to sit and eat properly, snacking on healthy energy foods may help. Most of us do not get enough sleep as well; this takes away our energy. Exercise is of course best but can be hard to find time. And then there is the common answer: start taking vitamins! :)

By eating plenty of bananas they are high in energy the good kind, don't use sugar substitutes because this will give you a high for a while but when you come down from your sugar fix you will feel worse than before.

As boring as it sounds, I agree that you can't beat plenty of exercise and good food to stay energised although on a much less boring theme, a bit of 'romantic' interest thrown in really helps too.
