depends on what area ur stretching...he he ... No seriously . if the strtching involves back/ leg muscles... yes it will help to even yo and and can make you a "bit" taller. This was advise given to me by chiro after an auto accident and long period of "downtime"... There is a difference in my height when I'm doing what I'm suppose to and my muscles both in my back and legs are ligned correctly. Proper streching will do that for you along with right exercise.
