I split with my ex. He got a new gf and today me and him slept together. What have i done? I don't feel guilty for her i just feel so stupid.

Good for you, he sounds like an ******. But he obviously used you. And he doesn't seem to like this new g-friend very well. Don't let him do that to you.

You shouldn't feel stupid. But you should feel guilty for one you knew he has a GF granted he should have taken that into consideration but maybe he thought if he slept with you and you guys would get back together..

Good question for yourself What have you done? You know what you done, didn't nobody make you have sexual intercouse with someone you splitted from. Seems likes to me you are not over him. You made that decision and now you feel stupid. If you want to continue feeling that way then continue on doing what you doing. Only you can stop what you are doing. If you don't want him then just move on and don't have no contact at all with him. You got to stop yourself if you don't want to continue feeling that stupidity.
