Congratulations. The season usually lasts until the first frost or until the first snow fall.
I have had seasonal allergies for a few years but this year is awful. Lot's of people who didn't have any problems before have been hit. The problem in my neck of the woods is a combo of ragweed and mold. The mold spores get killed off when the sun shines or it's too cold. The ragweed has been rampant as herbicides are banned.
Some tips. If you hang your laundry out to dry you may want to not do this right now, especially bedding. Try an antihistimine and keep the windows closed at night.

Depending on the allergy after the first frost. Depending on where you are on the east coast now until the end of October.

Depends on your allergies.
Pollen usually lasts from April to about October.
Mold from September to about May
Dust and Dander is all year round
best thing to do is get some honey from a local farmer and build up your resistance to allergies from the same stuff the bees use int he area.
