I believe in what the Bible says. It says that God will bring peace to the Earth and restore paradise. And the Bible is not just any ordinary book. There is a vast amount of proof that it was truly inspired by God.

why has he not brought peace yet why does he have to wait for the future?

Don't concern yourself with proof. Faith, Hope and Charity are what bring peace within, We must have faith and hope In the Savior, and charity for eachother. If we have these traits then we will develop peace within and with loved ones and thus start the path to peace throughout the world. Peace begins with you. People will argue all day long that they have proof that the Bible is not true. We cannot rely on proof . If we beleive, there will be peace. If everyone believed there would be more peace.
