Well...lust is biological (god-given feelings if you like)....which, if acted upon, results often in offspring and hence survival of the species. Love is to enable both parents to stick around for the first few years of a babies life, when they need it most. Love comes when you know a person really well...but you dont need love to feel lust.
Some people fall in love first...not a one-sided love and that has better odds or surviving longer. God doesnt inspire one to love....he inspires lust which may develop to love. Lust inspires one to have sex. Love, which comes after lust, inspires you to make love. Lovemaking is inspired by the human that amkes you feel love and loved in return. God doesnt do that...the wonderful person you found and adored did that...all by him/herself...because you match so well....for now.

As long as they scream Jesus or God and give him the glory, then I guess it's God who's inspiring them.
