Ok I like this one guy, but I'm am NOT going to ask him out cause #1 he is the guy
#2 I'm not aloud to date anybody
#3 I'm not going to cause of #2
But I want to tell him I like him, but I need to find out if he likes me... how can I find out if he likes me?

if he likes you, he would've already asked you out. besides, it's the modern days, if you like him, why don't you get your friends, and him and his friends to go out as a group. say, go to the movies and have pizza afterwards. that way there's no pressure on any of you. and you can also find out if he's into you. you'll find out, if he pays more attention to you and wants to sit next to you or walk next to you.
by the way, why do you care if the guy likes you and you're not even allowed to date him?

# 1 Take your time and if he like you he'll will come to you.
# 2 If you're not older enough to date then wait until you can answer your own questions about what should you do.

1) just flirt with him
2)keep lookin at him n if u see him lookin back then you know e likes you
3)tell him when hes on es own if u want
4)dont get friends involved they make things worse
5)if u wont someone youll get them
6)if you like someone so much n "love" you wont give a f*** if people say u cant date anyone cause u just will..

You can only find out that if you go yourself and ask him or if a common friend of yours goes and asks him...I have no other better idea..But though, I think the best solution is the first one;)

ask one of your close g-friends to hint around and find out if he likes you if he does simply tell him you like him too.after that its all down hill.
