Depends on visual appearance. Rosie O'Donnell and anyone other woman (even if hot) is not a turn on. Women with hairy pits, etc. also a no-no.
Two lipstick ladies who are pretty - absolutely!!! Why? Here is my theory. Women need each other and the line between bonding and competiveness in women is very, very thin.
The bonding goes back to birth for women. The mother provides food (breast milk), nuture, love, and care. Not that the dad doesn't provide the latter things, but the mom does more of this.
This innate behavior is carried by women throughout their lives. Women share their most intimate secrets, look at their bodies together, go to the bathroom together, sleep in the same bed, etc. But usually, it never goes farther than this.
That is why men fantasize and are teased so much. We say things like, "I wonder what they really do in the bath room", or "what happens during a sleepover". When we see two hotties going at it, our fantasies are fullfilled.

It's just hot, I don't really have a sophisticated answer for it....here's a nonsense answer though, 2 is usually better than one in most circumstances, so if you have one hot girl and then a second one comes along and not only is there with the first hot girl but starts to make out with her, you've got a pretty good thing going :)

Coz its the whole "What I cant have" thing, guys see two girls and think that as they have each other theres no need for them, so its also laziness in part! Its also the shock, the human brain is still designed for Man+woman= children so when you see woman+woman its the unknown and curiosity kicks in, resulting in arousal, or so my male friends have told me when I asked them!
