I think that the reason it is so difficult to find God in this world is because we are so far from living as God does.

Glorify God. Love your neighbor as you'd want to be loved. Have mercy, show compassion. Give more than expected, and ask nothing in return. Teach others about God, and lead by example.

I would have you furnish my house with 24K gold faucets and marble floors, and then I would have you build me a theme park and condos which other Christians would pay exorbitant prices to get into, and all the money would go into my personal account....for the glory of god. I would have you tithe 10% of your pay, but then give more each time I have a telethon, or run out of money needed to expand my ever-growing empire. I would telll you that those who give until it hurts.....no matter how poor.....will be rewarded with untold riches eventually, and that giving is the way to Heaven.

im not but he might want you to help other ppl. The problem is so much greed and everything about money. I used to volunteer but then got divorced and had to start working Now there isnt time

thats because G-d does not live. he exists. there is a difference. there is no way for us to exist as he does, and no way for him to live as we do. the gap between spiritual and physical entities is unbreachable.
