I met this girl and we went out once, now i have a date with her and the weather is shitty, I wanna invite her to my house? Is that a good idea? and How should I ask her so I don't come across as I wanna have sex with her?

There are plenty of things to do inside (not at your house) on a date. Take her to dinner/lunch, see a movie, go ice skating, go to a coffee house/cafe, go to a museum, see a play, go to a concert, etc.
If none of those are her cup of tea (so to speak), then invite some mutual friends over and play games with a group of people. The second date is a little early to invite her to your place by herself, unless you're looking for a little action and don't want a committment at this time.

ummmm... i think there must be something else to do in your area rather than asking her to come over after 1 date....i mean if u're on date 5, then maybe, but i think it's a bit too soon. go to a cafe, or a museum, dinner..or whatever she's into. as her what she'd like to do. i'm sure she'll let you know...maybe she'll invite you over to her place....if it's time. =)

when your talking to her about what the plans are mention the weather right away. maybe you could ask her if she would like to meet up with you and go rent a few movies with you and spend the night in watching them.
