My mom is the type of person who gets this crazy ideas goes threw with them then regrets it. Now she is trying to adopt a kid Seriously i think she is going threw menopause or something. She has my sister 7 years old me im 19 and my brother 23. Me and my brother each have a babys me a boy and him a gurl. So she has both kinds and she takes care of them all the time. Why does she want to adopt a stranger I dont want to sound mean but no please help how can i convice her crazy self out of it. I dont think its good cause she takes care of my son and my brothers baby all the time and I know she cant deal with so many kids. What should I do to convice her outta of this i know she will regret it like everything else she does. PLEASE HELP

it seems like she needs to have a purpose in her life.My mother in law is just like ur mum.She needs something to fill every minute.Unless u can make her see how u feel,u just gonna have to ride it out

Hard to believe that your 19.Did you miss all of your English classes. Sounds like your upset with MOM becuase she won't be able to keep your kids if she adopts. Talk about being SELFISH. Get a LIFE and stay out of your mom's business.

you should tell her to take look at kindergardens where only young persons work who are full of pacience,know how to animate kids,they are young,healty and are going to be in their 40-es or 50-es when the puberty starts.if she adopts a kid now,in it's puberty she is going to be in her,let's say.60-es which is too old and doesn't have enough patience and strenght to faight with everyday problems and she can{god forbit it] die and the child will be left by himself.it is better to save her strenght and be a good granny instead to take too much obligations on her back,loose her health and by that do a bad faivour to everybody

I would just keep telling her its a bad idea. Remind her of the babies shes helping take care of now. Tell her how hectic it would be. And KEEP TELLING her.
