I got tested in Afghanistan! WTF? We can't even drink there. Can't leave base. Where the f*ck do they think we're getting drugs from? Uh, the answer is yes, you'll get tested. It's a joke though, because they make you drink azzloads of water, so the sample is diluted all to hell.

when you first enlist you will have a drug test. then you will get many more through out your military career. there is no way to avoid it either. you will never know when a drug test is coming and if you get caught with drugs in your system you will most likely if not defiantly get discharged from the military. best choice. DON'T DO DRUGS.

Yes... the U.S. Military has a ZERO TOLERANCE on drugs... 100% other than honerable separations for drugs.

Yes , using in the military is punished very harshly and is reason for a bad discharge .

yes there is a drug test, but also (at least they used to) you could come out and admit to it and get a waiver to still get it but expect them to test you more often than others to prove you are staying off

Yes, and they watch you pee too. You also have random drug tests while you are in.

You have to have what ever they want you to have. If they don't have a drug test they better damn sure get one.

they test at the MEPS station, at bootcamp, then randoms for the rest of military career.
