I have always hated my boobs. They are way too big and disproportionate to my small 5'4 frame. Are there any specific excercises that can help get rid of them? I exercise and am in good shape, but they just don't seem to want to go anywhere, and I can't stress just how much I hate them, they make me feel fat even though I'm not and I feel like a slut unless I'm wearing a sweatshirt. I do not have the money nor the bravery for a breast reduction.....any ideas anyone?

If you're really unhappy with them and they're affecting the way you live your life, try having counselling. Maybe then you will learn to love yourself. You haven't mentioned how big you actually are but I'm 5'2 and mine are 32E so pretty big compared to the rest of me. I'm proud of mine and I've learnt how to dress for certain occasions. Why don't you talk to women who work at a lingerie shop, or expensive fashion boutique and maybe they could help you to dress in a flattering way. Don't let the size of your bobs get you down, though, life isn't all about boobs!

God chick share the wealth! lol I'm only a B cup! Try losing a little weight and as a last resort if they are that big and you have the money consider a reduction surgery. If you have alot of problems like back pain sometimes insurance will cover it, Check into it if they still give you problems. Be proud of who you are and your body. Think of big boobs as a blessing, There are so many flat chested females out there that envy you right now.

Sorry, nothing short of a breast reduction is going to completely resolve your issue. You can try different bras (sports bras tend to flatten things out a bit, but not much) and different styles of clothing to help minimize the appearance of your breasts, but nothing is going to really do the trick other than having a breast reduction.

If you dislike them that much have a reduction. I DID! It's not that I hated my breasts, but they hated me. :) Neck problems, back problems. Size 38 H on a 5'2 frame just didn't cut it. If you decide to do that, make sure you have a good plastic surgeon and look at all your pros and cons. For me, it was the best way to go. I look better, I feel better. Good luck.

sorry, there is nothing you can do to reduce with exercise. that alone can biuld your pec muscle. Just embrace the body you have and if you have to show a little clevage, do it tactfully. I have seen pleanty of women with very large breasts who can show off their figure nicely without looking like they are flaunting what they've got

If you are overweight all over, losing weight and toning your whole body will reduce your breast somewhat. But unless you are really obese, you won't lose them completely or go from a "D" to a "B."

Dolly Parton is your height and looks great and I am sure you do also. Is you husband or boy friend complaining? My wife is 5'.0 and she has big breast and she looks good. If you want me to send you a picture of her, email me at: "gparker041842@aol.com"

You basically have 2 choices...

1) breast reduction

2) learn to live with it.... if you are REALLY bothered by your size... you may need to discuss with a counselor.

Flatten them down with a sports bra. My boobs look practically nonexistant when I wear one.

sorry, reduction is all you got. Exercise will build muscle, which might make you larger. Toning might help.
