None. Mossad is the best intelligence agency for on the ground operations, including human intelligence. CIA may have all the tech, but Mossad can and has infiltrated some of the most key factions and forces, including other governments and their militaries. They've even hijacked a MiG from Hussein controlled Iraq, something the US was never even close to doing.
That's just their operational side, their assassination teams are freaking scary. Think mob style fear in every hit combined with tactical precision of professional killers. Mossad is scary as hell, even if they aren't currently at their best game. Israel doesn't have a death penalty, they have Mossad.
By the way, Mossad is an intelligence force, not a security force. SAS are British commandos and the IDF has its own special forces and commandos.

They are not better than the SAS. Mossad is an intelligence agency. SAS is special warfare. They're different jobs.
