They are not accepting any British person and some other nationalities. If you have any close relatives that are American then it may be possible. If you marry an American then also it may be possible. I've like got a feeling that you can study there but its like on certain restrictions as far as i know. I hope this helps and i agree with you i think i would rather live there than here.
