I don't know the percentage but I started sleeping nude when i was around 15 and can't make myself sleep with clothes on now. It is great.

The best figures I have heard -- and it's been a few years -- is 34% of men alone, 16% of women alone, and 6% of couples together. I don't believe those figures allow for same-sex couples, however. Sleeping nude requires washing the bedding more often, but no pajamas offsets the laundry.

I would guess less than 20% of people probably sleep in the nude. Although I have known a couple of people who say they do.
I guess it also depends on where the people live at. It's probably more common in warmer environments for example than colder ones.

According to a survey in Cosmo magazine, 74% sleep in pajamas, with another 12% sleeping in their underwear. Only about 3% sleep in the nude. The remainder wear "other," i.e. running shorts and t-shirt or other "unconventional options."

17% of males and 83% of females sleep in the nude, so do i, it is sooooo much more comfortable, besides, it makes for more interesting sleeping arrangements.

doesnt matter how many sleep so...but y u wanna know that..anyway i can tell u one thing..according to me its not good coz any small insect in the bed can cause serious problem if they happen to be somewhere or bite somewhere..i dont wanna clearly spit out what i mean..but everyone can understand..such cases are often in many hospitals..
