Look my friend and I we dating 2 friends. Her boyfriend and the guy that I was dating we friends not best friends but they worked together. Now my friend broke it off with her boyfriend and left to college. And now the relationship between me and my boyfriend is just going down. So the other day I ran into my friends ex boyfriend and he asked me lets see when we get together for lunch or something just to hang out. But I feel weird because him and I we never close so I dont know. We exchanged numbers and he has called butI havent answered the calls only because I dont know what to tell him. I mean I would notice that he would kinda smile and glance at me when we would all get together. So now i am confused about what he might want. I think he is cute but ...I dont know. I dont know what to do. I dont think I would even like him in that sense maybe just as friends. But I dont know what he is expecting

Let him expect whatever. You never know, you could get along really good and it could be soemthing special. Or it could be as you said, you could end of being just friends. But you can never have to many friends. If your other relationship is going down hill and there's no saving it, why not give something new a try? You should call him, and at least give him a try on the phone, that way if you still not sure, talking to him will help and maybe help you make up your mind before saying yes to going out.

follow your gut feeling. normally when you have an urge to run away it's for a reason. however i would at least hear him out. it may be what you think it is but it may not. I would at least get all the info first and then listen to your gut feeling. Your boyfriend may not like you going to have coffee with another guy and it may stir things up there so maybe just have alittle chat on the phone. what could it hurt to just see what he wants?

It sounds like he has a crush on you. Don't go on the date with him. Tell him you are happy with your boyfriend and you don't want to lead him on. Tell him you changed your mind, that it'd be best not to hang out because your boyfriend would disapprove.
If you end up breaking up with your current boyfriend, then you would be free to date the other guy.

if your still friends with the girl...i would stay away from him....i dated a guy after my friend broke up with him....(i turned out to be his rebound girl only) so in the end i lost her as a friend and felt used by him and got hurt because i ended up falling hard for him...and the whole time i was just his rebound....stay away!
