My sister is having a baby and not sure what to call it (not sure what sex the baby is yet) which is the better name for a girl and a boy out of these:
Girls names: Faith or Gypsy
Boys names: Dylan or Indie

How about Hey You. Why don't you let your sister name her own baby - and if she's married, it's between her and her husband. There are all kinds of books out there with babies names in them, and the name should be one that wears well when the kid grows up and starts school.

First thing to take into consideration is how well the name will go with the surname. I'm a teacher and have seen enough children with lovely first names but they just are terrible with the surname.
Next, think about how different a name is? If it's too different (Gypsy or Indie), that might work against the child as he/she is growing up.
All in all, I like all four names. I'm guessing Indie has to do with Indiana Jones? I'd go with Gypsy for a girl and Dylan for a boy.

Looks like Faith and Dylan ... but only if these are the names your sister has chosen! I'd be a bit pi**ed with my family if I thought they were trying to choose names for my kids!
Gypsy and Indie (unless it's actually short for Indiana - as in Jones) are a bit too hippy and kids at school will tear them apart
