During a 'make-out' session, do you tell your partner what you want? Or do you just let them take control?

I can go either way, it all depends on how I'm feeling at the time.

Is this really a question of control or more wanting to change the channel for something better.

Honestly if you both where into making out why would NO come into the picture when it feels so good to both of you.

I use this rule to avoid that situation if i don't feel comfortable with who I'm with i don't let the relations go that far

You gotta let them know what you want. It's not worth making out if your not interested right?
