I often go on a web site/chat board of a group of people with similar interests. A guy has a pic posted with his name that is titled "Lonely in CO" so I sent him a personal message asking why lonely, that I was single if he was interested in meeting as friends or whatever. He responded that he was seeing someone & they are out of town. I then get a PM from his woman wondering who I am. She was very nice & I told her Inever would have sent the PM had I known he was attached. Since I see that she sometimes is on the chat board & it indicates she is in another state working. But recently saw her pic/profile on a similar dating site?? They could be swingers too but any thoughts??

When the woman contaced me she was a little too nice, like she was approaching me for more than just this particular conversation. Fishy!

Meeting people in chat rooms and the internet is rather like a virutual masquarade party. You can be anything you want to be with very few consequences.

Chat rooms and "meet market" are full of cheaters, swingers, major league game players, golddiggers, sociopaths and psychopaths, and descriptors that I dare not use in here.

Meeting people in the real world and getting to know them in the real world is in many ways the safest way to go.

Yes, I think you've fallen into a nest of promiscous swingers, cheaters, and sleazy people. GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!

Before jumping to any conclusions, I would verify when the last time she logged into that other dating site was. perhaps it is an old profile that has not been updated in quite some time?

It is possible they have an open relationship. It may also be possible that she is or wants to cheat / get uninvolved.]

I think more investigation would be in order if you are thinking about bringing this to eithers attention.

They seem to be playing some kind of game and could be swingers. If you are not into that type of stuff i would not deal with him at all. It could be a setup

There are bad and strange people out there. Be very careful. There was this one couple posing as swingers not too long ago. They would lure young, pretty girls and then eventually torture and kill them.

Two losers.

You did a nice thing to offer friendship, but it sounds like these two deserve each other. Drop'em both and run for the hills.

Your best thing to do is stay out of it, you never know how people are living now, they could be OK with all this. There is nothing good going to come out of it if you get involved.

Yes che is cheating. Becaise she is so guilty with you. If she has nothing to hid then she would not have put you thru the 20 questions.

Find a new place to hang out. It sounds pretty fishy.

Unless you and this gentleman are on speaking terms and you speak to him often, I wouldn't mention it. Not your place. But if you do speak with him, I would mention, hey I saw your girls pic on a date site, what's up with that? But I wouldn't go looking for him.
