Dont even try you nutter! How come it has to be a stone exactly? Just cut back on all fat laden processed foods drink lots of water & increase your exercise etc. do a kick start week like that recommended by weight watchers or your doctor. Nothing can be that important to put that pressure on you and it's also very dangerous to loose that much (if it's even possible) because you would be messing with your blood sugar levels NOT GOOD! Having said all that I did the atkins diet to a tee once and lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks but suffered dreadful pains all over my body so I went off it and just followed a w.w. diet plan and continued to loose 2.5 stone and still have kept it off 3 years later. Get a copy of the book from a pal or join up stick to 18 points for the first week and your guaranteed to loose some safe amount of weight/retained water. Even if you loose 7lbs you will feel better and the first week of any diet once followed properly can result in up to 6lbs lost so that would give you a great boost but after that it should be no more than 2lbs a week lost. Good luck and please be sensible!!

Go for really long walks, eat fruit, less meat, fewer carbs and drink water or squash as opposed to fizzy pop or juice because they are very high in sugar. A stone is still a little excessive to lose in a couple of weeks. a few pounds will make a difference to how you feel about yourself. Just don't do anything drastic

.......Easily, just eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Don't eat Bread, Pasta, Rice or any fatty foods. Avoid foods with sugar in them, except natural sugars found in fruit. Avoid dairy foods like cheese milk etc. Only drink water. Stick to a small portion each day of chicken to go with your Vegetables. When ever you feel hungry eat a Banana. Also stick to very low fat yogurts. Avoid at all costs alcohol. Finally exercise for an hour everyday.
If you follow this to the letter. You WILL lose the weight. Good luck

You can't.
If you want to lose weight safely, the most you can lose is about half a stone. Even then, thats pushing it.
If you weigh a lot ie 25 stone or over, you may lose that but you probably wouldn't notice much difference!!!

to loose 1lb you have to cut out 500 calories a day for a week, therefore if you want to loose 19lb in two weeks thats 9.5lbs a week.

you need to cut out 5000 calories a day. therefore you have to not eat for two week and also exercise 3000 calories off a day.

therefore you'll die. get realistic a stone is a helluva lot of weight.

also if you do do it your body will end up putting even more back on as it will think wtf is this person thinking starving me, therefore as i soon as i get any food im putting it straight into fat stores incase she does it again.

Please be carefull here, sudden weight loss can seriously affect you health and even prove to be fatal, dont starve yourself. Treat your body with respect.

I would join up with Bikram yoga, and go everyday. It is the best way to loose weight and tone up your whole body, your skin glows and it makes you feel amazing inside and out.

It takes courage, determination and hard work, but your body will thank you for it.

Dont fall for any ridiculous diets, they never work in the long term, and in the short term they make your skin sallow and breath smell (Atkins), and utimatley are bad for your health.

thats,too much to lose in such a short time, aim for 1/2 stone thats more within reason, you could make yourself ill and you would most likely just put it back on again has soon has you started to eat again, try the kellogs special k diet thats good for losing weight in a short time healthly.

I assume you mean 19 lbs or about 38 kg, no if you do aerobic excercise you will lose the water weight and make your body more efficient maybe 10% of your body weight.

That would be very dangerous to do! Just exercise (carefully) and eat better and see how much you can do in the 2 weeks. DONT overdo it or your body will respond by making you ill
