I've found that the best way to do it is, as mentioned earlier, to simply get up very early one day and go to bed at your new time. It's a hard day, so I usually suggest a weekend day to do it. It will take a bit for your body to become completely used to getting up at this time.

If you have trouble getting to sleep earlier (I always find that I do) I suggest doing a lot of physical activity. If you go to sleep while ready for it both mentally and physically, I find that sleep comes much easier.

Tomorrow morning get up early. You will be tired, you may have only had a few hours sleep, but tomorrow night you should be able to go to bed a bit earlier. It may take a few days to get it right, but you need to start noww otherwise you won't get back into the routine.

you should circulate to sleep at a undeniable time, say 10-11. do not sleep till you pick to rouse, positioned an alarm at 7 and awaken. try this often used, and that reported restoration your dozing development. in case you won't be in a position to doze off at 10 or 11, then stay wide awake till you won't be in a position to realize this any further. yet nevertheless awaken at seven. do not take naps for the time of the day and returned repeat.

Your body clock works on sunlight, see the dawn rise and the sun set in one waking period (you must not have a nap between dawn and dusk) then get your head down at a reasonable hour, say 11pm and set your alarm for 8am (make sure you get up) that should do the trick.

The body has a pattern or rythm called the circadian rythm
see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circadian_rhythm
The brain makes a hormone called Melatonin to tell the body it is time to sleep.
See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melatonin#Role_in_the_biological_clock
Melatonin is available at your chemist.
I suggest trying to go to bed earlier each night and to naturally condition yourself before trying Melatonin.
If you have a short time period in order to do this then go with Melatonin only until you have gone to bed earlier then discontinue. As always read the directions and understand them before taking any medications
Good Luck

.......Best thing to do is start going to bed 1 hour earlier and get up 1 hour earlier each day. The most important thing is the getting up earlier part, so set an alarm and don't lie in. Good luck

If i were you i would go to bed at the usual time, set your alarm clock then get up early. You will be shattered by evening and be tired enough to go to bed at a decent time. Hope this helps.
