i take NV and it works for me. It has a lot of caffiene so when you get off of it it gives you head aches the first couple of days. Carmen Electra takes it.

No weight loss pills are ever good unless they are prescribed by a doctor. They do not go under the same FDA scrutiny as prescription drugs and they are often uncontrolled.
