The only unspeakable languages are the lost, ancient ones we don't know how to speak. Languages are made to be spoken. They evolve for clarity.

So, I would say bad English is the most "unspekable languaje".

I think it's pretty sad, and shows something about a person who has the hardest time learning a language that is closest to them, like French or some German to native English speakers, but it's even funnier when someone who has NOTHING in common with that language to learn it flawlessly.

For the main topic answer, there is none, anything can be learnt, ANYTHING.

All languages are equally "speakable" since any child can learn any language natively to adult proficiency in about 10-12 years. All studies of language acquisition have confirmed this for a wide variety of languages. All normal hearing children take 10-12 years to learn any human language to adult proficiency. There are no languages that require more time than that, and no languages that require less time. All languages are equally complex and, therefore, equally "speakable".

It's a toss up between Body Language and the Language of Love. But I think Swahili comes a close second.

maybe the one you have written? I am not trying to abuse you, but the spelling of the words in your question strike me as rather strange...

On the more serious note, I suppose this totally depends on who wants to speak which language. What might be very difficult for one person, could be very easy for another.

You could even argue that any dead language, like Roman for example, is unspeakable, as there will be a lack of words for modern inventions, objects etc.
