my husband has H1B visa and I have H4. Now I want to go to colege but this visa doesn't alow me to do that. How to change visa and is it posible (we are in US 2 years)

You have to go back to your home country to change your visa status.

You don't have to change visa category. You are allowed to study on an H4; you just can't work.

u can go to college........still by paying the non resident fees.
Or since ur husband is working u can get an FI visa, by showing suffiecient funds.
Ask the dean of ur university for some concession.
Marry an american, that way u will even get funding, citizenship, and a ticket to contest for the upcoming elections.
The ball is in ur court!
