u just move on. in the first place if the other person cared so much about you then he/she would see to it that ur feelings are not hurt. someone who loves you should not break your heart unless he/she dies

Wow. If you find out please tell me. I am currently trying very hard to let go of the one who I thought was THE ONE. I have been trying hard to stay busy with work and friends, but eventually I have to go home and since I am alone at home, sometimes I do self-destructive things like look at our pictures, listen to our songs (she is a near professional singer so I have a CD of her singing too), think about our good times, and worst of all I keep contacting her via email and chat. I have to say that if I will ever move on I will have to stop looking back at our good times, remember the things that broke us up, and look forward instead of back.
This is easier said then done, but there is hope and I believe that is true. Sometimes I do catch myself looking forward and thinking about what my life could be like if I just let myself find happiness again.
Finally, I want to tell you that I feel so bad for you because I truly know what it feels like to have a broken heart caused from my lover who I truly loved and still do. I think there is hope for both of us.

it depends on what hes done to break your heart. the only thing you can do is let it go and move on. if he broke your heart then hes not worth your tears. find someone that will treat you like your gods gift to men and take advantage of that. you might think about him occasionally but you'll get over it. all you have to do is go have a little fun and find someone better!

It's going to take time to heal from it. But stay strong and keep going on with your life. You will start to realize that you don't need to be stressed over that person and that person missed out. You have better things to do than worry about that. I hope you take this to heart. You will be fine.

It just takes time to heal a broken heart. It helps when you meet someone to help you through it too.

wow!!!! i'm also interested in knowing the same answer i was with dat guy frm last 6 yrs and he suddenly left me for another girl when i was on holidays n it really hurts it's almost 2 yrs now but still i'm not able to forget him. we still contact each other via e mails or phone he's in india tough n i'm in USA. but still i'm not able to forget him n u know wat now i'm working to improve his relation with her gf as she left him n she's here too in USA. but life seems to be easy as we r frndz. So i'll encourage u to go n ask him for ur frnd n i think we r doing much better in our new relation. HOPING FOR THE SAME FOR YA. take care
