I have a friend who is struggling with this and wanted to see if it was "normal" not necessarily moral or right

Even if they did, they probably wouldn't admit it here.

Second, your friend doesn't have to entertain the ideas or fantasies. Your friend is playing with fire.

The scriptures tell us, "What a man thinks, so is he." Your friend needs to squash the thoughts as they happen. Break the chain of the thought process when this happens. It can be done.

I can answer for my Mom who was a pastor's wife for many years. Yes, she had fantasies about other men, but not women. Her secret fantasies were given away by her nervous breakdown, and ruined her marraige. It's sad, I feel sorry for her.
I think it's normal for everyone to fantasize about other people or sometimes wierder things in order to get-off. Thinking about it is one thing, doing it is completely different.

I'm not a pastors wife...but when I went to church both my pastor's wife and his teenage daughter slept with my husband (at the time, he's now my ex) good christian morals!
