I had a cup of coffee with chocolate/hazelnut brandy in it and a Canadian bacon/egg/cheese sandwich on a toasted English muffin. It was yummy! I don't know if it fed my soul but I tried to include several countries in my meal.
1)Canadian- bacon
2)English- muffin
3)Chocolate hazelnut Brandy
A)chocolate-Belgium
B) brandy-France
4)coffee-Columbia
5)cheese-Wisconsin

Green tea, plain yogurt, fresh fruit, fueled my body.
Watching the sun rise over the water as I ate fed and nourished my soul.

2 cups of coffee and an almond snickers bar. It fed what ever that grumpy bitchy monster that visits monthly is. Works for me!
