Through your own discoveries and experiences. if it's handed to you from another sourse you'll be skeptical. Break out of the shell and head out into the world. One of the most eye opening experiences I had was when I put 2 days change of clothes into a back pack along with a few essential items and a bank card and just headed out the door for 2 weeks on my own. Meeting people, interracting with things as they come....Do your own research and you'll find what you're looking for.

that is an intresting question. first you seek it in yourself then others around you cause usually everyone out for theirselves and thats the truth . its a crazy world out there and truth is hard to find . but start with yourself .
