just kidding, actually it's called a "flock".
the plural form btw is spelled t-u-r-k-e-y-s
not -ies. I have also heard the plural being just "turkey".
example: "I saw 5 turkey crossing the street in front of me."

When the noun ends in "ey", there is no "ies" for plural. Just add the "s". Turkey...turkeys, key...keys, attorney...attorneys, donkey...donkeys, etc.
