you can search for doctors online under... doctorsearch.com .. I have bunions and they HURT very badly you can either have them removed which is painful itself... or try using toe spacers they relieve the pressure and help alot while working on your feet all day

save your money
instead go out and buy a good rubber sole shoe
that does not flex, at the place, your bunion is
all my shoes have fairly thick rubber soles and do not flex and the bunion
it cured me
