i hear from different people that you should run 3 - 4 times a week.. is that minimum because i want to have fat loss decreased but would it hurt to do it every single day? around the same time..

If you are just starting out with running, start with running every other day. Once you are comfortable with every other day, add in another day. Then get comfortable there, and add another day when you are ready. I'd only go up to a maximum of 6 days per week, though. That way, you have one full rest day per week to recover. The gradual increases and rest day will make you less likely to get injured.

no, 30 minutes a day would not hurt, unless you are not used to it.
