Depends how bad the fracture is and if he rests it to let it heal properly

Doctors used to say 6 weeks minimum in a cast for a fracture. This may have changed now. If he is young, he may heel faster. However, a foot receives a big workout at Disney. Check into getting a wheelchair for him at Disney (land or world). Also check to see if he IS still in the cast whether they will allow him to go on rides.

I am sorry this happened. What a shame. I hope this does not ruin your vacation. Good luck to you and your family.

He may be out of plaster, but I'd think it's still going to hurt like hell and shouldn't be walking around on it much. Look at Beckham and Rooney who fractured just one bone...

Depends on where he fractured it.
It should be fine in about 4 weeks, unless it was a funky fracture.
