oaluvslife29,
Because they don't want to hear it. They haven't got the reciever in them to understand, or to desire the knowledge of it. Many of them come here to esteem themselves as wise and more intelligent than believers are. It's one big ego trip for them when they come here. Others are beig led by the Spirit, and are totally in denial about it.

It's kind of funny to see both types of them squirm, because they both don't know God, and if they have an ounce of brain in their heads, are jealous about the fact that God reveals Himself to some, but not to them.

They take eternal life so lightly because they don't believe in it. Hell and Heaven are not real. Neither is the idea of reward and punishment after this life. Stop living and fear and start enjoying the real blessing of this life.Spread love and light up the world!

Some of us think a religion that needs a fear factor like an "everlasting hell" to keep people in line is kind of sad. Do followers of your faith refrain from doing harm based on a fear of hell? Do they do kind and good deeds to curry God's favor to get into heaven? If there was no heaven or hell, would they behave differently? If the best God can come up with, to get you to want to do the right thing, is a system of reward and punishment in an afterlife, it sounds like HE doesn't have much faith in YOU.

Or your consciousness after death will wake up to the realization that you're trapped in a coffin for eternity, or at least until you decompose. Or none of us will ever wake up again so none of this will matter anyway. Or we'll all wake up in heaven. Or we'll all be reincarnated. Why are you people the only so-called "believers" (how arrogant is that? I BELIEVE, I just don't believe the same things you believe)

Unbelievers in what?
I do believe in a God only mine is not mean, hateful, etc. and is loving at all times all the time.
I believe Jesus was one of many many messengers sent to help people to grow and not to doubt in your own abilities.
Just because someone does not go along with MAINSTREAM religion does not mean they are unbelievers.
And to me Heaven and Hell is of ones own creation in how they live and think while learning upon this sphere called Earth, that is in the great expansion of the cosmos that is the Creators (Sources) home.

Yes, the bible says
There is a way which seems right unto man, but in the end it leads to death.
People choose not to believe what is so obvious. God has made Himself known to us in so many ways, such as through His creation.

Where will you spend eternity?

Behold now is the accepted time, behold now is the day of salvation.

Got some empirical data on the existence of Hell? Didn't think so. Th flip side of the "faith" in God and eternal life that religious types rant about is that it is driven by the "fear" of what will happen to them if they don't believe. It makes equallly little sense to me to believe in or fear something for which there is no evidence...

Its better not to believe therefore unbelievers need not be accountable for their actions and behavior. You see, to believe in God and Jesus our Savior takes faith and requires a change to take place in our lives. It is hard living as a disciple of Christ and making him the center of our lives. It is a difficult path to tread but we do it because we believe that Our Lord died for our salvation and the reward is worth the hardship. I can't wait to be with the Lord basking in his love and glory in everlasting life. To do this I need to abide in him and be accountable for my sins. Unbelievers find it easier to do as they please without accountability and therefore will not reap the reward of Eternal life.
Praise be to His glorious name!!!!!

Maybe they don't subscribe to the same views that you do. They are most likely not "unbelievers", but rather believers of a different faith.

Just curious: what is your hell like?

Because they are "scoffers" The Word says in the last days men will be lovers of themselves..
We need to worry. Just pray for them..
"Every knee WILL bend...every tongue WILL confess that Jesus Christ is Lord"

The unbelievers will have no choice...

They take it lightly here - but 1 second after their last breath - it will be too late for change - all the praying for your soul will not change your final destination.
