Arab is an ethnic term and Muslim is a religious term. Not all Arabs are Muslim and not all Muslims are Arabs.

Not all Arabs are Muslims and not all Muslims are Arabs, there are Muslims in Iran, Thailand, Philippines
and there are Arabs who are Christians and Jews

An Arab is a person who was born in or is a citizen of the COUNTRY Arabia.
A Muslim is a person who belongs to the RELIGION Islam.
Some but not all Arabians are Muslim, and some, but not all Muslims are Arab.

Arab is a RACE.
Muslim is a person whose RELIGION IS ISLAM.
One can be Arab and practice another religion, whilst all muslims are not Arabs.
