there was a cabbage soup recipe in it. lots of bananas too.

I have 2 soup recipes, where you can eat certain foods on differnt days, and all the soup you want anytime. Your suppose to be able to lose 9 to 20 lbs in a week on it. Email me if you would like me to send them to you. Good luck.

If you're a cardiac patient, you are probably taking medications. You have to watch what kinds of foods you eat with some of them. Talk to your doctor. He/she will give you (or should have already) a diet that's right for your health and weight, or refer you to a dietitian. Try to avoid quick fix diets, they can screw with your electrolytes and blood pressure... something a cardiac patient should be trying to avoid.

I was a cardiac patient and have a copy of the cabbage soup email me for a copy. Not to many bananas though high in potassium.

I am a weight-loss coach. I am sorry, but I do not find that these hype diets work . The products I carry are healthy and safe, no matter your ailment. I would recommend this program to everyone, and I mean everyone.
