Maybe i sould have been more spicfic i meant wild rice nataurlly grown rice

If you mean "racing", then yes. Kayaks are usually best for obtaining speed, because they're lightweight and fairly aerodynamic compared to other water transportation. You need good balance to stay in one though!

The Canadian 1,2,3, and 4 (as in number of crew) are racing canoes.
