You said it, girl.
When we are angry, we cannot be rational. Hence we tend to use words that will hurt and we become illogical. So why take action when we are angry? The ability to control our anger is dependent on our level of maturity.
Hence, if we are able to control our anger or jealousy, and act sanely/normal, we will be able to command the respect of the other party.
So, take action only when you have cooled down.

Enlighten yourself. Read books on Buddhism, and never turn away from suffering. Watch movies like Schindler's list, The Passion and shawshank redemption. Suffering is the path to enlightenment and growth. The reason you are so jealous is that your body is trained to act that way. Something in your life made you that way, and now its like second nature, you dont even have to think about it, your body just takes over. The same way a monkey is trained to ride a unicycle. And now its come to the point where you cant even control it anymore. Now you must teach your body to not react but to think and act properly. Next time you start feeling that way do not fight yourself but try to calm yourself, the same way you would calm a loved one that was in a similar state. At first it will be hard, but eventually your body will stop reacting blindly and your mental process will kick in, and then you will be able to think it through before your right turns to wrong.

You should think of jealousy as being just a useless emotion that serves no purpose. All it does is cause friction between you and whoever ur jealous about.

well first you need to get away from the person who is making you angry and then see if it you who seems to be over reacting if it is just you maybe try to work on just breath deep and walking away when you feel you are going snap count to ten take a deep breath and if none of those things work just leave the atmosphere because you can really get hurt with you having that jealous attitude
god bless you

Avoid the people that are causing this first and organize yourself. Perhaps youcould redirect your emotions to doing better than the one you're getting jealous of and that should push you to be motivated.
