I met a great guy last week and he is 25 and I am 33. He is very mature and has taught me a few things. He is a single dad and im a single mom the age thing is a problem with me not him. Ive never dated that young of a man. WE have alot in common and spend hours on the phone. I really like him though. What should I do? He says that Im passing up a total gentlemen if I let the age thing get in the way and he is also divorced like me. HELP!

Well it depends on what you want to get out of the relationship, being divorced he may not ever want to get married again and you might. He's still young and may not share the same views you do on relationships. Talk to him and see what he wants out of life and such and if things seem to match up to your views then sure go for it.

My wife dated a guy 9 years younger than her for 18 months. That was me. We're now happily married for 9 1/2 years.

Age is just a number, if you two can communicate well, and really get along. Go with him a while longer, and if you still feel the same way about him, get him!

women live longer than men so since he's younger you guys can grow old and grey together since you have 8 years on him. It will kinda equal out! haha. I wouldnt worry much about the age. Sounds like he's a pretty good guy. At 25 MOST guys are grown up. Best Wishes!

He's right. Age does not matter when it comes to someone you really care about. I'm 4 years older than my husband and it never concerned me or him in anyway. The love was there. Don't let him go. He sounds like a gem!

As with all relationships, just take it one day at a time.

Age isn't important at this age. It isn't everyday you find someone that you enjoy on several levels. Put the age thing behind you and GO for it. It can't hurt to see where this might end up.

The age difference is not a problem for him and shouldn't be one for you either. My b/f and I are 10 years apart and trust me honey, the age difference is the least thing on our minds!

If he makes you feel good, age shouldn´t matter. Plunge in and enjoy it! It isn´t easy to find a person that can make you feel good. You´ll be sorry if you don´t give yourself a chance

dry up whiney, just make sure he is not a walking sperm bank waiting to make a deposit, there is a reason why he is a single dad at 25...don't tell me he married the wrong woman, it takes 2 to dance, good dance or bad dance it still takes 2 to make it work.
Find out the truth about him before you exchange pubic hair with him. If you already have...whore! grow up.
