1- Heriditary
2- Stress / sleep related
3- Lack of vitamins & minerals
4- lack of care
5- old age
Identify ur problem & solve it in that manner

You can not stop your hair from falling out.But you can help prevent it by not over brushing your hair or using to much gel or hair spray.Because a person loses about 100 strands a day

You have got to try Aminexil from Kerastase. There is a shampoo and a treatment. Sold at hairdressers!

before washing ur hair massage ur hair with baby oil, olive or coconut oil and leave it for an hour. After an hour wash with mild shampoo and miild conditioner. Good luck!

Try massaging your scalp - apparently your scalp can become tense at times and therefore goes very tight and hair falls out. By massaging it, the tension is released and should help towards your problem.

take foods rich in proteins (egg, fish, milk), iron and zinc. soya products is really good. im taking prenatal vitamins, u could try it too. olive oil is good for hair also. massage daily and drink a lot water.
