A few years a go me and my friends spent 6 months working in Faliraki. We met some great people and it was definitely a memorable experience. I relaxed during the day and partied whilst working on the night (bar work and flyering). Brilliant.

The options are numerous but if you fancy voluntary work try VSO or Rough Guide editions, depending which part of the world you feel you want to visit?

You could try doing a TEFL course and teaching English in China or Korea... you get paid and can immerse yourself in a totally different culture.. hope you have a good time no matter what you do!
