If you plan to marry her within 3 months, apply for a K visa, form I-129 then she can come, but she has to marry you or she can't stay. Once you are married, she can apply for her residence. The K visa process should take 3 to 6 months.
If you don't plan to marry her, see if you can get her into a school so she can get a student visa. Once she is admitted, they will take care of the paperwork.
Get the form and instructions from www.uscis.gov

She needs to get a short term visa and she can then apply for a longer term visa once she is here. My husband came here from Europe on a student visa and then applied to have it changed to a work visa. After we got married we went through the whole process for him to get his greencard so he can stay here indefinitely. The immigration laws are getting tougher now, so it may just depend what country your girlfriend is from and what her background looks like.

It's easy!
Hire the group that worked on Bush or Jeb campaign. If that doesn't work because they still employed by the brothers- hire the ppl they hired to look for B. Laden. Its American, many support groups waiting to help.
Hehe? just kidding....

if you applied for a green card for her, it's gonna take MUCH longer for her to get it, because you are not related to her. (it can take up to 10 years). If you want to get her faster, she can try to get maybe student or working visa, the other way is to marry her, she will get her paper sooner and she'll be able to wait for it in the states.

If neither you, or she, have criminal records, are in good physical health (no transmittable diseases), both financially independent with incomes, and are both demonstrateably single/divorced, go the "Fiance Visa" route. If you are separated or on welfare, don't even bother.

You should go where she is, its not going to happen.
My husband can't get legal status in this country. MY HUSBAND for Gods sake...and he is not the only spouse that we know who is unable to have legal status in America. So, good luck on that one!
