To be honest I doubt that this is a question that is that possible to answer with certainty. Mushrooms have been cultivated for many many centuries by many different civilizations, some better at keeping records than others.
There are records from monasteries here in the UK that reference mushrooms being farmed but as far as I am aware no mention of when this was started. Even if there were however then it is very unlikely to be the first instance of cultivated mushrooms as there is reference to cooking mushrooms in ancient Chinese and Japanese scripture (a far older civilization) but there is still nothing to indicate these were the first people to cultivate mushrooms and we have no idea what mushrooms it was they were cultivating anyway.

the first cultivated mushroom was the Psilocybin Mushrooms these are a Psychedelic shroom. their are more than 180 species these were and are still used in many religious ceremonies around the world.
