Is there any kind of product out there for helping your hair grow faster?

I live with a person who has been a barber for over 20 years and asked him this question before I answered. And I'm sorry to report, but no, there is no product to help you out. Hair grows at a steady rate all your life and depending on your diet, etc. will stop growing for short periods of time. If someone tells you of a product, trust me when i say you are wasting your money on products that will not work. Hair is the same as finger / toe nails, it'll grow when it feels like it and there's nothing you can do about it.

GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it. Be warned these pills are HUGE and you have to take 2 a day.
Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health, and is smaller and easier to swallow.
If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourshair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results.

Do you trim it once every 3 months? That is very important and you need to protect your hair from the sun and the wind. Where hats for protection. Also there are natural supplements that help your hair grow. If you dye your hair you should stop, this can make your hair break off easy so that it apppears to not be growing but, it is just breaking off as it grows. My hair is almost to my but now and I had the same problem. Also a deep conditioning once a month. Put the conditioner on your hair then heat a towel in the dryer so its really hot and put it on your head leave on a couple hours changing out the towel every so often to keep it hot. Goodluck

Nioxin (www.ulta.com). Expensive, but worth it. Be sure and use the products as directed. I have very fine hair and it falls out when I am stressed. When I am using Nioxin I have lots of new hair growth and it feels fuller.

An old wives tale says to bury a lock of your hair during a full moon. Don't know if it works, but it sure doesn't cost anything. I did this many years ago and my dog dug it out, so bury it deep. :)

Horsetail Rush Herb, in pill form, and you can get it at any vitamin store. Take these and a daily multivitamin and drink lots of water. I grew hair that was above my ears to almost my shoulder during a summer vacation and people thought my hair was a weave because it grew so quickly and so healthy. I also makes your nails grow, and your skin very clear. For me, it straightened my hair. I don't know why but it did. I only stopped using it because I wear my hair very short and it'll grow too fast.

this question again, it gets asked at least 10 times a day, I am sure you could read all the answers posted to this question before. The short answer is No, there is no miracle product available to help hair grow, it just takes time and patience.

none. the best thing you can do is find out how you'll look good with ur present hair. if you have that much money then maybe you can try what others are saying regarding medicines or whatever.
